BURNSIDE GORGE COMMUNITY CENTRE CONCEPT STUDY

Designed to give the Centre a prominent address on a main street, and to adapt and re-use a surplus school building, the new wing was placed on part of a decommissioned street right-of-way. Various assembly spaces, meeting and activity rooms as well as teaching spaces were created adjacent to a serviceable gymnasium. The study included community consultation and site selection.
