Royal Roads University Campus Plan
Colwood, BC

A comprehensive campus development of a former Edwardian estate and Military College, for a growing university. The 145-acre waterfront site will have a number of new buildings, developed in phases amongst the existing structures. The concept reinforces the central oval court as the heart of the campus, with concentric ‘rings’ of development occurring over time.
