Located on a corner landmark location at the edge of downtown, the property transitions between residential mixed-use towers and an urban residential neighbourhood. The project is a complex of two buildings over shared underground parking. The five-storey east building and the 20-storey west building are set within a network of pedestrian friendly streetscapes and urban spaces. The design of the buildings and outdoor spaces prioritize activation of street frontages rendered in high quality materials. The architectural expression is a contemporary interpretation of contextually integrated building forms, with emphasis on human scale on the ground and lower floors.

In addition to 177 needed downtown residential apartments, including below-market, accessible and family- sized, the project will bring ground floor retail, restaurant, childcare, conference facilities and commercial office space to the neighbourhood.
