A 3-storey mixed-use building which was targeted for LEED certification and intended to replace two expired structures. At the heart of the Estevan Village, this wood frame building actively engages the streets through a commercial unit, a live/work unit, and the residential entrance. The project would allow the current owners - longtime residents - to continue to live in the neighbourhood. (Unbuilt.)
