LAKESIDE COMMERCIAL VILLAGE

This project includes both multi-residential buildings and commercial space, arranged on either side of a terraced and richly landscaped courtyard. The courtyard serves to join the surrounding streets and sidewalks with the pedestrian network of the adjacent park and the Galloping Goose regional trail. Paths and small bridges over a bioswale connect the courtyard and shops to Six Mile Road. This functional storm-water management landscape feature forms the edge of the project along the length of the Six Mile Road frontage.
