Garbally Landing
Victoria, BC
Garbally Landing is a 62 000sf four-storey concrete office building, with street-front commercial spaces surrounding a parkade for 355 vehicles. Facing South Bay, the building completes the southern portion of the Selkirk Waterfront. The exterior finishes consist of aluminum-framed low-e glass, zinc cladding, and exposed concrete. Aligned to the street and formed to follow the curve of the bay's edge, the massing and landscaped path anticipate the continued redevelopment of adjacent waterfront sites.
